patches for serial Touchscreen

Hi Keith

find attached my patches for serial touchscreen support.
the major patch generating stouch.c and stouch.h are derived from code 
from mallum which derived it from ts.c

This now works on the "TouchBook"/"Dualbook" ( formaly known as the 
Pacebook ) Tablet Pc`s .

It also include`s a 1 line fix for vesa.c to make it rotate again .


Pls have a look at this and feel free to critisize anything ( specially 
my naming structure ! ) ...
So far then there are some more things to solve yet to make it 
equivalent to his xfree86.org brother :

- Button generating  is still insufficient  ( Un-touch is not happening 
correctly all the time )
- need procedure to reread calibration on-the-fly ( maybe tslib )
- need procedure to turn on/off ( for switching to digitizier support at 
DualBook)
- port existing calibration utility to work with kdrive
- make it detect different touchscreen`s ( mallum !! )
- ....
