strange keycode`s

Hi

i am expierencing a strange translation from the scancode`s to 
kdrive-keycodes ...
specially my cursort-up arrow ends up as SUPER_L and also PAGE-UP/DOWN 
is getting not the correct keycodes ..

Can someone help to locate this translation and maybe explain why this 
happens or why it is meant to be this way ?
