Hi Marc,
I don't know you, but I have the feeling I'm being held hostage in some
political discussion here and being used as either a shield or
ammunition. In case you didn't know, I'm new on this list and I have no
authority whatsoever to speak on whether or not Qt/Qobject is ok for
freedesktop.org projects.
If I am indeed being used as ammunition in some discussion I don't know
about, please find a more productive way of settling that discussion.
Also, if GStreamer cannot move to freedesktop because of GLib, please
tell me so with some evidence to back up that claim so that I know what
the reasons are. I'm interested in getting stuff done, not rehashing
tiring discussions on whether or not some imaginary balance in the
universe is correct.
