dns, aliases, and the mailing lists are all intrensically tied. I think it should be fairly
easy to do. I can plan this out and execute it.

I'll work this out for dns and mail related stuff. I need an idea of the desired timeline for 
this (eg, next week or three months from now or whatever). I'll mail a plan to this list once 
I get an idea of how much time I have to work with.
