OK, let's drop the URL spec idea. It's too tied to specific implementations.
E.g. I had to turn it into trash://trashid-fileid/relative/path (note the '-' 
where I suggested a '/' initially) so that going "up" from a subdir's listing
ends up in trash:// and not trash://trashid/

Another thing: I forgot a \n when describing the contents of the info file.
Having a trailing \n makes it easier to use "cat" on the file, and is just good
practice in general.
