It's a kind of boolean, that is set when "cutting" files in the Konqueror file manager.
You select a few files, then "cut" them.
Then you go to another window/directory/process and "paste".
At that point it needs to know if the files were "copied" or "cut", to choose between
doing a "copy" or a "move".
If there's a more standard way to do that, I'd be glad to hear it :)
