shared-mime-info test program: mimebreaker

This is pretty neat!  It shows that there are a lot of overlapping
patterns in our database, though in practice I'm not sure there's much
we can do about them.  It's probably worth checking this into CVS
anyway, I'm sure we can do something constructive with it.
