Trash spec now linked from freedesktop.org !

Hello,

I've finally released Trash Spec 0.6, with the coirrections proposed
here. It's still at

http://www.ramendik.ru/docs/trashspec.html

I have also added a link to this document, with a description, to the
FreeDesktop.org standards page on

http://freedesktop.org/Standards/Home

I thought I'd put a copy of the document onto the site. But I could not
find a way to create a new "topic" in the Wiki. Well, even as it stands,
it's in the list of standards (although in the "new" part of course) -
so, it's done!
