Bugzilla components for specifications

Can someone with appropriate permissions create a 'specifications' 
product in bugzilla, and seed it with a:

 desktop-entry
 
component? (Possibly others, but that's the one I have a bug against
at the moment.)

[ I guess there is also an argument for one-product-a-specification
doesn't really matter to me. One product seems a little simpler ]
