Correction in FAQ

Hi

while looking at the options for a common event loop
framework for freedesktop I have come across the faq
http://www.liboop.org/why

which makes the incorrection assertion that Libevent
is under a bsd license incompatible with GPL. The
author has confirmed that he is using a revised BSD
license that is compatible. Please update this
information on the faq. if you are interested in
taking part in the freedesktop discussion please
