xcb wiki and bugzilla

I'm not subscribed to this list but can me tell anybody how to contact XCB 
maintainer as the wiki on http://xcb.freedesktop.org reports some unicode 
error and does not load and xcb's bugzilla does only show a empty component 
list at least in Konqueror and Mozilla(Firefox) packaged with Suse 9.1 and 
9.3. Thus i can't file the wiki problem as a bugreport (not quite proper but 
the easiest way).
