Wiki page for Common spec/interface for file metadata

I've added a wiki page for this spec at :

I've kept the metadata names mostly true to the metadata displayed in 
applications though I have sneaked in a bit of Dublin Core where relevant.

Please make suggestions on that wiki page (leave your name next to them).

I am working on a freedesktop implementation of that specification. See
