Suggestion for name specification for extra drive and media icons

This took way too long, but here's a new suggestion. This time it's 
based on "dash-inheritance".


Remove drive-cdrom, drive-floppy, media-cdrom and media-floppy from the
standard list. Add drive-disc, media-disc and media-removable to the 
standard list.

Add the following section:

= Extra Icon Names =

This section describes extra icon names that should be used when naming more
specific icons than those in the standard icon set. Unlike the standard icon
names, these icons are not required to be present. As such, it is vital that
the system of selecting a less specific icon is properly followed.

== Extra Device Icons ==

All "drive-" icon names should use the suffices "-usb", "-ieee1394" and 
"-scsi"
when indicating drive bus connection. Selecting less specific icon names 
should
be done the normal way once the suffix has been added.
