Hi gents,

I'm receiving this build error on xserver.  Sounds like this is a common
issue...

XEPHYR... checking for XSERVER... configure: error: Package requirements
(randrproto renderproto fixesproto damageproto xextproto xfont xproto xtrans
xau compositeproto resourceproto recordproto xdmcp xdmcp) were not met.
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

The workaround listed on the install guide, namely inserting links in
/opt/fdo/lib/pkgconfig, did nothing to resolve this problem.

Do you have a more current workaround for this issue?
