A Standard for Thumbnailers

That would make each thumbnailer be able to crash the filemanager or
cause issues with things like threadsafety and different versions of
libs in the same process. Also, it would load all the libraries and
stuff needed by the thumbnailers into the nautilus process, bloating
things up.
