getting gnome "Administration" entries from pyxdg

I'm using pyxdg and trying to get DesktopEntries for all the items in 
the gnome "Administration" menu. Using xdg.Menu.parse() does a great job 
of giving me the menu for everything except the Admin.

Is there another call/module/argument I should use to get the remaining 
items?
