OpenICC color data directory proposal

Hello,

just to inform all colour geeks out here about the a public colour 
management system directory layout used to store mainly ICC profiles on 
unix systems.
Some parts of the linked proposal are already in common use by several ICC 
aware applications.


At a glance:
base directories
  ~/.color
  /usr/local/share/color
  /usr/share/color

subdirectories:
  $base/icc      - for ICC profile data
  $base/settings - for colour management settings
  $base/cmm      - CMM registration

For the ICC directories, they are to be scanned recursively and should 
contain only the actual profiles.
