When talking about usability, the context menu "Open With" could contain
one additional item: "Change default application". It will be well
visible for beginners and accessible advanced users (in Nautilus it is
now Properties->Open With) and not forcing advanced users to disable it.

And when one day Desktop actions will become reality, it could also
contain "Change Default Action" -> "View" "Edit" "Convert"
