Voting mechnism is needed for xdg discussion.

Hi,

members of main desktop projects could also exchange ideas
directly when standards cannot be defined.
A sort of brainstorming area for desktop standards.

A common mailing list for standard definitions between
Gnome/KDE/XFCE/LXDE/other might be an idea... At least, one
member of each desktop environment should have a contact
with a member of each other project.
