Voting mechnism is needed for xdg discussion.

If you can't get people to react in a mailing list, you will get even
less feedback using a website. Nobody will care enough to visit a
forum on a daily basis. "Following ideas" is not an issue. Ideas get
lost because nobody finds them interesting enough to follow.
