Request for new standard icon, "window"

The Metacity window manager used to use a fallback icon taken from its
own theme if a window did not provide an icon of its own.

It has been suggested that we should instead use an icon from the icon
theme.  I believe this is a sensible suggestion, but there is
currently no suitable icon.

Would it be possible to have a standard icon added called "window"
which represented a generic window?
