bogus rules for image/x-cmu-raster

The free desktop database associates the media type "image/x-cmu-raster" with every file that has an extension "ras".  This rule is bogus and misleading; there are many raster file formats and the CMU format is rather atypical among them; moreover, actual examples out there [1] have the extension "CMU".
