This is a bad idea; as has been discussed (to death) on this mailing
list in the past, the categories described in the menu spec do not form
a complete ontology and *cannot* anticipate every possible strange
program that someone may wish to install a .desktop file and menu entry
for.

Distribution packagers and menu implementors taking a strict
interpretation of the menu spec suggested categorisations have caused no
end of problems for upstream application developers like myself.  Let's
not go back down that path again, please.

The current wording is perfectly adequate and in fact conveys the intent
of that part of the specification accurately, IMHO.
