Battery icon names

We're hitting a small block on Razor: Battery icons seem to be missing from
the icon-naming-spec. Theres battery, battery-low and battery-caution but
that's simply not enough.

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41458 deals with this. I would
personally propose going a step further: Recommend checking for, for
example at 32%, battery-32-charging and if it doesn't exist, fall back on
battery-low-charging.

That's just me though; it's not necessary to the spec and it would have the
advantage of being backwards compatible with current one.

Either way, any reason why the current patch hasnt been accepted?
