AIUI the answer is "not at all": I have to upload D-Bus releases to
gabe, and Telepathy releases to annarchy (neither version of /srv is
visible on the other machine, but both versions of /srv contain unused
files/directories). host(1) says icon-theme.freedesktop.org is a CNAME
for annarchy.

I believe "most" fd.o projects are covered by a *.freedesktop.org CNAME
pointing to annarchy, with a few older projects (like dbus) specifically
pointing to gabe instead.

If in doubt, upload to
$PROJECT.freedesktop.org:/srv/$PROJECT.freedesktop.org/www/releases/ and
that'll probably work? That's how the automated release uploads in the
dbus and telepathy Makefiles work.
