Accessing freedesktop.org via HTTPS

It looks like there is an instance of patchwork
(http://jk.ozlabs.org/projects/patchwork/) running on port 443 and
that's it, the wiki software is only on port 80. Not sure why Apache
can't simply route both over both ports.
This is an issue for the fd.o sysadmins and I don't think you'll find
them on this mailing list.
