[Patch] xdg-screensaver Cinnamon Support

Hello,

I'm a new contributor. I am trying to improve xdg-screensaver support for
Cinnamon, and have uploaded a patch to a relevant bug, #92966. See:

Would somebody please review this? Is there anything else I should do to
follow up?
