[Xesam] Outstanding Ontology issues before RC2

Hi all,

There are a few things needing to be done before we can wrap the
ontology for RC2.

Here is my list of items, but if anybody has anything else they think
we've forgot or should take a look at ASAP, then do chime in.

1) Add a Note content type
2) Add an Application content type (modelling a .desktop file)
3) Add cardinality info to all items
4) Add whether or not each field/content/source is abstract. This is
optional though because it can be inferred from the ontology structure
(an abstract type is one that have children). It might do good as a
sanity check though.
