[Xesam] [Xesam GLib] RFC: Server API draft

Hi all, espcially though interested in Xesam GLib,

I have been sketching out an idea for the Xesam GLib server side API.
Ie the helper classes that should make it easy peasy lemon sqeezy to
expose a Xesam Search API [1].

[1]: Especially when coupled with the query parsing and construction
API already in trunk.
