[xliff-tools] Sun Editor with OASIS files

Hi all,

Just wondering: Has anyone managed to get the XLIFF editor from the Sun open
language tools to work with any of the OASIS example files? When trying to
open those files with the editor I get an "Unknown error" in two cases and
the error“File not well formed. Cannot find declaration of element XLIFF"
in the other two cases.
