[xliff-tools] CVS checkout of xliff-tools -- is it still valid?

Hi Dave,

The c-tools in the xliff-tools repository haven't been updated since
mid-2005, so would be quite out of date by now sorry.

If you're on a windows box I would suggest trying the (.NET) okapi tools (
http://okapi.sf.net) as well, as they are quite comprehensive and have very
good support for PO. Also, the (python) translate toolkit (
http://translate.sf.net) have support for PO->XLIFF, and they are working
actively on converting to using XLIFF internally.
