new (old) protocol tags

This is a courtesy announcement for those reading xorg-commit.

The tags you've seen on xorg-commits are tags assigned to older commits when
the version for a package was bumped but no tag was assigned. Most of the
packages affected have last been released for 7.1.

Tagging them in the convention we use today (modulename-version) allows
automatic retrieval of the last tag, better shortlogs, etc.

I'm currently going through the protocol repositories that have seen changes
since the last release (i.e. all). Some are getting a cleanup to provide
consistent fooproto.h naming, some are getting their xlib headers removed.
I'll cut releases of the modules once that is done and tinderboxed. This
should bring us one step closer to 1.7/7.5

Cheers,
  Peter
