I have to apologize, I was wrong.
My uClibc build wasn't configured with thread support. So the problem is
not fixed in uClibc.

Using buildroot <http://buildroot.uclibc.org/download.html> to build
uClibc, thread support is enabled by default, and xrandr does not
compile with this configuration.

So i filed a bug against uClibc :
