Forget my last reply, I got Radeon KMS working good in Slackware 13.1, no error
messages in the logs.

The only thing I'd like to see happen next with Radeon KMS is that as soon as
the Kernel boots you go straight into the FB mode and you don't see text at
first booting at like 640x480, which is my case.

Since I'm running Slackware there is no splash screen and as soon as the kernel
loads I get text in 640x480 for like 2 seconds showing about 10 lines and then
into the FB mode.

2 seconds is quick but it looks sloppy, I'd love it if as soon as the kernel
boots I'm presented with the Tux boot logo and the FB text.

If anyone might be able to shed some light on possibly getting it to boot right
away into the FB mode I'd appreciate it, in the meantime I'm filing this as
another bug.

THANKS
