[Xorg] why is Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" needed for my scrollmouse to work

The suggested patch just sets the default values, it doesn't prevent you 
from using the option to set the ZAxisMapping as you've done.  I'm 
curious though, if you remap the scroll wheel to buttons 6 and 7 does it 
work with gtk and qt applications, mozilla, etc?
