Protocol change for XvMC client driver name.

Hi!

I've attached a proposed change to the XvMC protocol for the DDX to be 
able to register a dri client
driver name.

Comments would be apprecieated. Particularly on how a third-party DDX at 
run-time should be able
to recognize the possibility to register a client driver name.? The 
proposed change includes a bump in
protocol revision number, so at compile-time there will be no problem.
