Cross compiling for Xming.exe since Mesa merge

The Mingw compiler ignores the ALIAS's if I use indirect_size.[ch],
so I miss loads of wrapper functions and fail to link.

indirect_size.c:355: warning: visibility attribute not supported in this
configuration; ignored
etc.

I'll look into Mingw further on this.
