Mesa 6.3.1 merge

I've added your list to extras/Mesa/XOrg-Xlist, which is the list of
directories that should be removed from a Mesa checkout before import to
X.Org, whether it's for size purposes or GPLness.  This had been
happening before, but maybe I'd left it out when explaining the merge
process.
