Xv, radeon-exa-16.diff and some observations

I'm using current CVS (radeon EXA was merged last night) and I get
"hard lockups" (even sysrq doesn't work). Strangely enought, I was
using composite with EXA disabled (radeon 9200SE agp with a
serverworks chipset). I don't know how to get useful info to help
