We wish.   Sadly, many people didn't test before we shipped 7.0,
so bugs have been found (like the man page install fix I made),
and the BSD work is in progress still.   Work to make the modular
build system build on other OS'es, including MacOS X/Darwin,
Cygwin, and the older Unix'es is likely still needed.

(The initial modular 7.0 release was really only fully tested to
  build on Linux & Solaris.)
