You don't need the Mesa side drivers to do that test, just the kernel
DRM should do. I just want to check if enabling the CCE helps. It would
also be useful to figure out what ops exactly cause the engine to go
bunk (or if it is all the time). Can you try disabling render accel for
example and tell me if it makes any difference ?
