PCI-E card with two dvi outputs with FOSS drivers

Does this mean I can buy a PCI 9200 and do a clone to its DVI output
from the x700 or a GForce 7600 ?

If I  can't do it will xorg be able to manage in software two screens
one to the PCI the other to the PCIE ?

Or am I getting confused ?
