Error building modular on FreeBSD

So, xcb is optional?  I must have missed that part.  I just ended up cutting 
the makefile to skip anything that gave errors.  so, I ended up with a 
partial X install.


The wiki documentation is

What I ended up with had no problems with this.  but it was pretty messy.  I 
have since wiped the entire drive and started over. trying the way  
suggested.

So far I am still having the same pthread error. If anyone has any ideas on 
this, that would be great.  Most of apps/ won't build either. (Same error)
