Building the X.org 7.1.1 server against Mesa CVS

This is expected, current xserver git temporarily doesn't support
everything required by compiz and friends after a big reorganization of
the GLX code. According to Ian Romanick, this will 'soon' be rectified
in the form of full GLX 1.3 support.
