iirc gatos have been merged but i am not familiar with this part
of the driver.

Some people reported problem with 3d en big resolution, and i also
think that 30" need 2 dvi link (at least apple one did) try browsing the
net (iirc gentoo wiki got something on 30" screen), or maybe some one
with more knowledge on this could help you.
