That would be nice and could be done in the WM or some other userspace
app I'd imagine.

To be honest, I've never found the "locate mouse" keyboard
shortcuts/systems of any use. Wiggling just comes more naturally and
only if you do not get the results from that would you resort to the
keyboard short cut. Seeing as it's probably little used, it'll probably
be a shortcut you forget anyway.. Personally I much prefer your arrows
idea. Then again you can always just run Xeyes :p
