VNC patch for Xserver 1.3

Perhaps I'm missing something.

The times I've played with VNC before I patched the xserver to compile
an Xvnc server along with everything else.

Probably just stuck in my ways in this respect so will try just
compiling up the Xf4vnc stuff and see what happens ;)
