[PATCH RFC]: Generic Linux multi-domain PCI handling

Im a using Debian Etch with Xorg 7.1.0 on a sunblade 1500. I would like to
know if I can still make use of this patch, and if so how. I downloaded the
source usuing apt-get, but I do not have the Pci.h, and linuxPci.c, my video
card is on domain 0001. ATI Radeon 7000/VE
