pciaccess rework status.

Hi,

There are currently eleven video drivers that are listed as "maintained"
and are failing to build on the tinderbox machines:

They are:
 amd, chips, glint, i128, neomagic, rendition, tdfx, tga, trident,
 tseng, voodoo.

The proximate cause of each failure is the use of the pre-libpciaccess
(`pciVideoPtr') API.

Should some of these drivers be marked unmaintained?  Of those that
should continue to be maintained, do we have volunteers to fix them?
(I know that Bernie Innocenti is working on amd.)
