1. Indeed. break; must be here.

2. I think we can add some chips from the existing ChipID list:
   PCI_CHIP_TRIO, PCI_CHIP_AURORA64VP, and PCI_CHIP_TRIO64UVP. I'm not
   sure about PCI_CHIP_964_0, PCI_CHIP_964_1 and PCI_CHIP_968.

Patch is attached.
